Terms and Conditions

Payment:

Full payment is due at time of booking for all day tours. Refunds are not available within 30 days of travel.

A deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking for all overnight McCoy Tours. The final balance is due 60 days prior to the departure. date.

For NASCAR tours and Buffalo Bills Games a 50% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to the departure.

Baggage:

Baggage must be identified with your name and address. Each person is permitted one suitcase to be carried in the baggage compartment and handled to and from hotel rooms. One small piece of hand luggage is allowed per person to be handled by the passenger. McCoy Bus Service & Tours cannot assume liability for lost or damaged baggage.

Seating:

Seating may not be reserved on the coach but we may rotate daily on an overnight McCoy Tour. Appropriate rest stops are provided. Smoking or alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the bus.

Identification:

It is your responsibility to obtain travel identification. When travelling to the United States proof of citizenship is required as well as photo identification. You may use a birth certificate, passport, immigration papers or citizenship certificate. Please keep your ID with you and not in your suitcase.

Itineraries & Accommodation:

A list of hotel(s) (address(es) and phone number(s)) and a detailed itinerary will be supplied at least two weeks prior to departure. Tickets will be given to you at the time of boarding.

Cancellation Procedure:

Passengers cancelling day trips or overnight trips more than 30 days prior to the departure will receive a 100% refund. Any cancellation received less than 30 days prior to the departure date will receive no refund. However, the trip is completely transferable and a subsitution passenger(s) will be accepted whenever possible for any of our tours. Cancellation insurance is available from McCoy Bus Service & Tours and is strongly recommended.

McCoy Bus Service & Tours Responsibilities:

We arrange tours with many other acting parties and are not responsible for loss of money, time or other circumstances resulting from a change in itinerary or change of tour arrangement made by them for our passengers. We reserve the right to decline or accept any person as a tour member. We will try to accommodate passengers with special needs and these requests must be put forth at time of booking. In the event a tour must be rescheduled McCoy Bus Service & Tours shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of all fares paid to McCoy Bus Service & Tours.

The majority of our tours originate in Kingston with pick-ups in other cites. Please call for details on the pick-up nearest you.
